When I first met with Yvonne, I wasn’t really sure where to start or how I would ever be able to get somebody else to understand what I was feeling and how much of a ‘swirl’ my head was in. But Yvonne met me with absolute calm, she let me talk, and she really listened. What followed for me was a lot of self-realisation, getting to actually know me, and I now feel more of a complete person than I have for a very long time.
