This gentle, supportive course is perfect if you’re curious about mindfulness and how it can help you feel calmer and more in control of your thoughts and emotions.
In my classes, you’ll learn simple, practical mindfulness tools that you can easily use in everyday life.
Over six weeks, you’ll discover how to:

- Understand and manage anxious thoughts
- Build a meditation practice that feels natural and enjoyable
By the end of the course, you’ll have a toolkit of techniques you can return to again and again, helping you feel calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction)
I also teach up to the gold standard MBSR program, a research-backed, in-depth approach to managing stress, pain, and emotional wellbeing. If you’re ready to take your mindfulness practice further, this structured and transformative course can make a real difference.

Monthly Wellbeing Workshops
Sunday mornings, 10.00am – 1.30pm | £45 per session
Take a morning for yourself in a relaxed, supportive space. Each month, we explore a new theme that helps you understand your mind and body, release tension, and leave feeling calmer, clearer, and energised. All workshops include guided mindfulness and meditation practices to bring the learning into your body and everyday life.
Workshop themes include:
- The Vagus Nerve – It connects your brain to organs like your heart, lungs, and stomach, and helps control things like breathing, heart rate, and digestion. It’s important for switching your body out of stress mode and into a calm, rested state.
- The Lymphatic System – It fights infections by carrying white blood cells, removes waste and toxins, and drains extra fluid to prevent swelling. Without it, your body would struggle to stay healthy and fight illness.
- The Limbic System – Understand your emotional brain and why you feel what you feel, with practical mindfulness exercises
- The Amygdala – Discover how to soothe the brain’s anxiety controller using mindful awareness
- The Monkey Mind – Quiet overthinking and mental chatter through meditation and gentle
- mindfulness practices
