Beginners Mindfulness Course

6 weeks | 1 hour per week | £66

This gentle, supportive course is perfect if you’re just starting out. Over six weeks, you’ll learn everything you need to confidently meditate and manage anxious thoughts — in a way that feels achievable and empowering.

You’ll come away with tools you can use every day to feel calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself.


MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction)

I also teach up to the gold standard MBSR program — a research-backed, in-depth approach to managing stress, pain, and emotional wellbeing. Monthly Themed Saturday Workshops
