Hi, I’m Yvonne — and I truly believe I have the best job in the world! Every day, I get to help people feel better in one way or another, and I never take that privilege for granted.
As the founder of The Holistic Hub North East, I offer a gentle, multi-dimensional approach to well-being — supporting both the body and the mind. I work especially with people who are dealing with stress, overwhelm, anxiety, self-doubt, or physical discomfort, and I love helping them reconnect with their inner strength and calm.
People often come to see me for one issue — and end up feeling supported in ways they never expected. That’s the beauty of the work I do.
My Approach
With over 20 years of experience, I’m highly trained and qualified in a wide range of therapies, including:
- Clinical Hypnotherapy
- Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
- Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
- The Bowen Technique (especially effective for aches, pain & tension)
- Reflexology
- Reiki
- Mindfulness & Meditation (including beginners classes and gold-standard MBSR)

Why I do what I do
I specialise in helping people lead happier, healthier lives by addressing both physical and emotional pain. It’s incredibly fulfilling to witness a client’s transformation — whether they’ve found relief from pain, a renewed sense of confidence, or simply more peace in their day-to-day life.
The Hub is an inclusive, welcoming space where you’ll be supported without pressure or judgment — whether you’re here for hands-on therapy or something else that is stopping you from living the life you best life.

When I’m not working with clients or teaching classes, you’ll usually find me outdoors — either in the garden or walking my dog along the beach with my family. I also love to study and keep up with the latest ideas in neuroscience, psychology, and holistic health — because there’s always more to learn!
