Mindfulness and meditation offer a gentle way to slow down, come back to the present moment, and find a sense of peace within — no matter what’s going on around you.

At The Holistic Hub North East, I guide you through simple, accessible practices that calm the mind, soothe the nervous system, and help you reconnect with your inner self.

You don’t need to “clear your mind” or sit still for hours — this is about learning to be kind to yourself, tuning in, and learning to just be.

What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention — with kindness and without judgment — to what’s happening right now. It might be your breath, your thoughts, your emotions, or simply the way your body feels in this moment. Over time, mindfulness helps you respond to life with more calm, clarity, and compassion.

What is meditation?

Meditation is a quiet space to come back to yourself. Whether it’s guided, breath-based, or simply sitting in stillness, there is no “perfect” way to do it. It’s about what works for you — and I’m here to help you find that.


Beginners Mindfulness Course

Six weeks to confidence, calm, and clarity
If you’re new to mindfulness or find meditation a bit daunting, this gentle six-week course is the perfect place to start.

In a small, supportive group, you’ll learn everything you need to confidently practise meditation, manage anxious thoughts, and create more space and calm in your daily life. By the end of the course, you’ll feel empowered with tools you can return to anytime life feels overwhelming.

No pressure. No experience needed. Just a kind and welcoming space to begin your mindfulness journey.
